"Are there really no run limits?"
Yes. No platform-side run limits. The cap is your model provider's. Default is Gemini 3.1 Flash Lite — 500 req/day, 15/min, 200K ctx per call, free with no card.
"What does Assisted buy me?"
My time, asynchronously. You ask, I reply in 24h with a setup, an explanation, or a question. Custom skills get written by me. Still no calls.
"Can I leave?"
One click in dashboard → full tarball with docker-compose. Restore on your own Mac mini or VPS in 10 minutes. We hate lock-in more than you do.
"Is ChatGPT Plus an API key?"
No. ChatGPT Plus and Claude.ai are chat apps; their subscriptions don't include API access. To plug into your agent you need an API key (pay-per-token, separate billing).
