How does invoicing and BTW work?
You get a standard Dutch invoice from SoKKoS (registered eenmanszaak, KvK 42029374). BTW/VAT is itemized; the VAT number is on every invoice. EU businesses with a valid VAT ID can be reverse-charged where applicable.
Who owns the code and the setup after delivery?
You do. Everything delivered — code, configs, prompts, docs — runs on your infrastructure or accounts and belongs to you. No license fees, no lock-in, no dependency on me to keep it running.
What happens after the 7-day support window?
Every project ships with 7 days of written support included. After that you can run it yourself with the delivered docs, or add ongoing maintenance from €29/mo — monitoring, fixes and small tweaks on request.
How do we start, and when do I pay?
You send a written brief (WhatsApp or email). I reply with a fixed scope and price — usually within one working day. Work starts after payment; most projects go live in about a week. No discovery calls, no hourly billing.
