1. The service
sokkosai.com (the “service”) is a hosted AI agent platform operated by SoKKoS AI, an eenmanszaak (sole proprietorship) registered in the Netherlands. You sign up, we provision an isolated container running on a VPS (typically Hetzner, Germany/Finland), and you control an AI agent through that container.
Support is asynchronous only. There is no support phone number and no scheduled calls. All conversations happen by email, dashboard messages, or Telegram. If you need real-time voice support, this service is not for you.
2. Subscription & pricing
- €10/month — Meet: a working agent on our VPS. Cancel any time.
- €29/month — Assisted: same agent plus async help from Konstantin (24h reply window).
- €49+ one-off — Manual: install on your own hardware. Single payment, no monthly fee for the platform.
Payments are processed by Mollie B.V. We accept SEPA direct debit, iDEAL, card, and PayPal. Monthly plans are billed up front and prorated on first signup — you pay only for the days remaining in the current billing cycle.
You can cancel any time from the dashboard. Cancellation stops the next renewal. The current period continues until its end date.
Prices include any taxes due. As an eenmanszaak under the Dutch small-business KOR scheme we may invoice without VAT — the displayed price is the price you pay. If your status changes (e.g. EU B2B reverse-charge), email us so we can issue the right invoice.
3. 7-day refund
Full refund within 7 days of your first paid month. No questions, no forms. Email hello@sokkosai.com with the email on your account and the word “refund”. We refund the full first month and destroy your VPS within 7 days.
This 7-day refund applies to the first paid month only. After that, cancellation stops the next renewal but does not refund the current month. The €49+ one-off Manual tier is non-refundable once installation has started — we'll tell you before that line is crossed.
4. What you bring
The platform is BYO key: you bring your own API key for Google Gemini, OpenAI, or Anthropic. The default and recommended model is Google Gemini's free tier (1500 req/day at the time of writing).
- You manage the model quota. If Gemini rate-limits you, the agent waits. We do not bill per run and we cannot give you more Gemini quota than Google does.
- One account per person. You may not share your sign-in credentials. Multiple agents per person are fine — ask, and we'll figure out a fair price.
- No illegal use. You may not use the agent to send spam, harass anyone, generate CSAM, run malware, conduct fraud, or violate the law of the Netherlands or the EU. If we see clear evidence of any of those, we'll terminate immediately without refund.
- No load attacks on third-party services. The agent can call APIs. You are responsible for staying within those APIs' terms.
5. What we deliver
- Best-effort uptime. We target high availability but do not offer a contractual SLA. There is no uptime credit. If the platform is down for an extended period (>48h continuous), email us and we'll extend your billing cycle to match.
- No SLA on the free Gemini quota. Gemini's free tier is governed by Google. If Google changes the quota or pulls the free tier, that is outside our control. We'll help you switch providers; the per-token costs become yours.
- Export anytime. You can download a full tarball (Docker compose + database dump + agent state) from the dashboard at any moment. The agent will run on any modern Linux host with Docker.
- Async help on Assisted (€29/mo). One reply per business day, typically within 24h Europe/Amsterdam time. No calls, no scheduled meetings.
6. Your data, your VPS
You own everything in your container. We treat the VPS as your data, not ours. That means:
- You can export the full state any time (see §5).
- API keys you provide are encrypted at rest inside your container; the encryption key never leaves the container.
- We do not train any model on your data. We do not share it with third parties beyond the processors named in our Privacy Policy.

7. Termination
You terminate
Cancel from the dashboard. Your subscription stops at the end of the current billing period. Your VPS is destroyed 7 days after the period ends — that's your grace window to export. After day 7, the container and its backups are unrecoverable.
We terminate
We may terminate your account in two cases:
- Malicious or illegal use (see §4) — immediate, no refund.
- Non-payment for 30 days after a failed renewal — we'll email you at least three times during the 30 days. After day 30, the container is destroyed and the seat becomes available again.
In either case, you can request a final tarball during the grace window.
8. Liability & disclaimer
The service is provided “as is”. We make no warranty that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose beyond what we describe on this site.
Maximum liability is capped at three (3) months of the fees you have paid to us. This cap applies to the full extent permitted by Dutch consumer law. Statutory consumer rights (e.g. for natural-person consumers under EU directives) are not affected.
We are not liable for:
- Actions taken by your AI agent on your instructions (you operate it).
- Charges from third-party API providers (Google, OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.).
- Downtime caused by upstream providers (Hetzner, Cloudflare, Azure, Mollie).
- Loss of data after the 7-day post-cancellation grace window.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Netherlands. Any dispute that cannot be resolved by email goes to the competent court in Arnhem, Gelderland, unless mandatory consumer law assigns it elsewhere.
EU consumers may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform before going to court.
10. Changes to these terms
If we materially change these terms, we'll email all active customers at least 30 days before the change takes effect. If you don't agree with the change, cancel before the effective date and we'll refund the unused portion of your current month.
Trivial corrections (typos, clearer wording, adding a sub-processor we already named) do not require 30 days' notice. The “last updated” date at the top of this page always shows the most recent revision.
